“The Minimalist CEO Mindset”
First and foremost, a ‘mindset’ is a way of processing data by the human mind.
From our study of the ‘growth’ and ‘fixed’ mindsets, we know that the ‘minimalist CEO Mindset’ falls under the growth mindset. Although; if you come from a fixed perspective, you may not see ‘minimalism’ (the art of being happy and fulfilled with less), as a ‘growth’ hack –but it is.
The ‘Minimalist CEO Mindset’ is the belief that material excess and wasteful business practices are a delusion and should be avoided. That the CEO/President/Owner Operator/Board should not be the company’s largest expense and should not impose a frivolous culture upon the company.
The ‘Minimalist CEO Mindset’ is a unique way of seeing life, success, entrepreneurship, and the world. It is, therefore, a mindset which enables one to do more with less. Therefore; when applied by an entrepreneur, the results can be life-changing.
