Kareem:
“Yo, yo, yo, what’s up fam! It’s your boy Kareem Jackson, and welcome back to Kareem Jackson Live! On The Set. Today, we talkin’ about something that’ll make you think twice before you grab that next bite – FOOD. Yeah, that stuff we eat every day! But check this, we’re breakin’ down 10 foods that are straight-up superfoods in the Philippines, even in Africa, but there in the USA? Man, they’re KILLING us! Real talk. It’s wild how foods that are giving people life and strength in the Philippines and Africa, around the world actually… but are straight-up toxic in THE USA!”

[Beat fades out, more serious tone kicks in]
Kareem:
“Listen, we’ve got folks in America dealing with high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and all kinds of health issues – and it’s mostly ‘cause of what we’re eating! But did you know that the SAME foods that are super healthy in the Philippines can mess you up in the States? Let’s break it down and see what’s really goin’ on!”

[Scene Transition – upbeat music fades back in]
Kareem:
“Alright y’all, let’s get into it! Here’s NUMBER ONE. Let’s go!”

#1. Coffee

Kareem:
“I’m kickin’ it off with my fave – coffee! In the Philippines? Man, coffee is like a gift from the gods! Pure, organic, grown right in the mountains, full of antioxidants that keep you young and healthy. In Africa too, coffee’s a superfood – energy booster and disease-fighter. But in the U.S.? Bruh, they load it up with sugar, artificial creamers, chemicals… It’s like a sugar bomb wrapped in a coffee cup! They out here sippin’ on poison and wonderin’ why they’re tired all the time. Get that natural stuff, y’all!”

#2. Coconut Oil

Kareem:
“Next up, we got coconut oil. In the Philippines? They call it ‘the tree of life.’ It’s anti-inflammatory, boosts your brainpower, helps you lose weight. Straight-up magic. But over here in the USA? They tryin’ to tell us coconut oil is BAD for your heart! What?! They got folks scared to even cook with it, but it’s just another example of them messing with the truth. When it’s pure and natural, it’s a lifesaver. Stop playin’, America.”

#3. Eggs

Kareem:
“Let’s talk about eggs. In the Philippines, man, eggs are that protein-packed, cheap, and healthy snack you grab any time. No hormones, no mess. But over here in the U.S.? They pump those chickens full of chemicals and steroids, bruh! Those eggs ain’t even real anymore. You eatin’ a science experiment. And now people scared of eggs, thinking they’ll clog their arteries – nah fam, that’s ‘cause of the junk they put in them!”

#4. Chicken

Kareem:
“Now let’s talk about chicken, y’all. In the Philippines? It’s clean, it’s fresh, it’s raised naturally, just like God intended. In the U.S., though? Whoa! They pumpin’ chickens full of antibiotics, hormones, and all types of steroids. You ain’t eatin’ chicken, you eatin’ a bodybuilder! Then we wonder why folks got all these health issues. Real chicken shouldn’t look like a football, y’all.”

#5. Fish

Kareem:
“Yo, in the Philippines, they got fish fresh out the ocean. It’s clean, wild-caught, full of omega-3s, all that good stuff. It’s real food. But here in America? They farm fish like they farming cattle. Pumpin’ them with chemicals, antibiotics, feeding them who-knows-what. It’s not even real fish anymore by the time it hits your plate. You tryin’ to be healthy and end up eating toxins instead. This system’s messed up, fam!”

#6. Rice

Kareem:
“Rice! You know rice is a staple in the Philippines, right? It’s natural, it’s unprocessed, and it’s been feedin’ millions for centuries. Pure fuel for the body. But in the U.S.? They bleach it, strip it of nutrients, and sell you empty calories. What happened to real food, man? We over here eatin’ a shadow of what rice is supposed to be. Get back to the natural stuff!”

#7. Pork

Kareem:
“Pork’s a big deal in the Philippines, and let me tell you, when it’s fresh from a local farm, it’s full of flavor and nutrients. But in the U.S.? Bruh, it’s processed to the max, filled with sodium, nitrates, and chemicals that’ll have your heart throwin’ up a red flag. They turnin’ pork into poison. The same pork that’s a treat in the Philippines is a death sentence in America.”

#8. Fruits

Kareem:
“Now let’s talk about fruit. In the Philippines, man, they got mangoes, coconuts, papayas – fresh off the tree. It’s nature’s candy, packed with vitamins. But in the U.S.? By the time that fruit gets to you, it’s been picked early, shipped halfway around the world, and sprayed with chemicals. Ain’t no life left in it, just a shell of the real deal. You think you’re eating healthy, but you ain’t gettin’ the full benefits!”

#9. Dairy

Kareem:
“Y’all, dairy in the Philippines is fresh and real, man. Cows ain’t jacked up on hormones like they are in the U.S. Here? They put so much garbage in milk, your body’s confused, like ‘What is this?!’ And folks wonder why they got allergies and hormone issues. You gotta go for that clean, fresh dairy, like they got in the Philippines. That’s real milk.”

#10. Bananas

Kareem:
“Bananas. Yo, in the Philippines, bananas are fresh, natural, straight off the plant. Full of potassium, good for the heart, and helps regulate blood pressure. But in the U.S., they mess with the genetics, spray it down, ship it green, and by the time you eat it? It’s like the nutrients vanished. No more superfood status. You’re just gettin’ a sugar spike. Y’all gotta stop messin’ with the real food, America!”

[Beat switches up – a smooth outro track fades in]
Kareem:
“So, there it is, fam. 10 foods that are superfoods in the Philippines, real life-giving foods. But in the U.S.? They’ve been flipped into something deadly. Ain’t that crazy? It just goes to show you, it’s not the food, it’s what they’re doin’ to it here! You gotta know what you’re eatin’ and where it’s comin’ from.”

Kareem:
“So, next time you take a bite, think about what’s real, what’s fresh, and what’s natural. And yo, if you wanna get some real, clean coffee, check out Black Wellness Coffee, where we keep it pure and fresh like they do in the Philippines.”

Kareem:
“This has been Kareem Jackson Live! On The Set, stay woke, stay healthy, and as always, stay YOU! Peace, family!”
