Diversity = Profits & Silence Equals Death. Let’s talk about it…
MEGHAN & THE ROYALS, GEORGE FLOYD, NICE D&I COACHES + THE UK VS. THE USA.
Truth is, I believe that many D&I Coaches are waaaay too nice, patient and polite, and sweet.
Actually, they even seem to plead for inclusion. Bottom line, the most diverse companies, organizations, and countries on earth seem to always dominate. Those with wealth of diverse talent and true mastermind principles in place, seem to gobble up the other guys.
Don’t believe me, just look at @T-Mobile and @Sprint (no more Sprint), and even here, the New @LinkedIn vs, the Old LinkedIn (pre-Microsoft take over), and then, there’s Hollywood vs. @Netflix too.
That being said, if your sales are down, or your market share is shrinking, maybe you lack diversity and inclusion.
